Our Moon. Open Studio Day
AMACI 17th Contemporary Day. Exhibitions in Genoa, Italy
Saturday 11th December 2021 will be held the 17th edition of the Giornata del Contemporaneo, italian cultural event dedicated to the art of our time and its audience, promoted by AMACI with the support of General Direction for Contemporary Creativity of Ministry of Culture of the Government of Italy and in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Government of Italy.
The 24 AMACI Museums and other realities such as Museums, Foundations, public and private institutions, Art Galleries, Associations, Art Studios and artists’ workshops, will open their space to the public, in order to celebrate contemporary art.
Davide Ragazzi Art Studio will join to this important event with an Open Studio Day. The Studio will be open to the public, from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 3.00 to 9.00 pm, with the Our Moon event, during which the Studio Team will welcome visitors; will show new series of works by the artist; will present the exhibition projects created in 2021, future ones and the Beta version of an Experience Cultural Tourism Offer, designed an developed by Arch. Enza Di Vinci thanks to Erasmus+ Programme.
Davide Ragazzi was born in Italy (Chiavari, Genoa) in 1974. He holds a Diploma from the Art School Nicolò Barabino in Genoa, a Degree in Painting from the Academy of Fine Arts in Genoa and a Diploma in teaching qualification (Painting, Art Education, Drawing, History of Art) at the Academy of Fine Arts in Milan. His first exhibition dates back to 1992. He has exhibited all over the world (Europe, United States, Africa) in 97 contemporary art exhibitions. His works are kept at the Vienna International Center (VIC) and in many Italian museums and EU heritage buildings. In 2010, Ragazzi exhibited two works in a group exhibition with the High Patronage of the President of the Italian Republic. In 2004 the Italian State donated a painting by Davide Ragazzi to the United Nations Office. In 2003, Ragazzi exhibited at the Permanent Representation of Italy to the International Organizations in Vienna.

The Cultural Experience Tourism Offer designed by Arch. Enza Di Vinci was developed to test new cultural heritage visit experiences; develop experiential ideas and products that place the visitor and traveler at the center of the Experience Cycle; promote contemporary artistic research; promote the CCIs by supporting and increasing the dissemination of artistic and cultural products; produce experiential cultural contents that can be used by national and international museums; sensitize the international community to reflection on contemporary environmental and social issues.
