Viewing Room at ArteGenova 2020

Davide Ragazzi Art Studio Gallery is very pleased to launch its Online Viewing Room from ArteGenova 2020, with the works of art by Davide Ragazzi, Calogero Di Vinci, Stefanie Oberneder, Giuliano Orlandi, Connie Bellantonio and Dina Goldstein.

The ArteGenova 2020 contemporary art fair was a rewarding experience for Davide Ragazzi Art Studio. Here are some of the comments left by our visitors:

“Giuliano Orlandi's work impressed me greatly. I think it is unique. I have never seen anything like this. Marble sculpture is poorly represented in contemporary art fairs and this work looks great here.” [SC, Italy]

“Your stand is very professional, with a clean, well-lit, immediate image; makes you want to stop in. The works on display are all to my taste. Other stands inside the fair look like artisan markets.” [CR, Italy]

“The fair is beautiful. Some galleries presented interesting works, but also many works that I had already seen last year.” [MI, Bulgaria]

“I liked ArteGenova. It was a stimulating visit for me. In your stand I especially like the sculpture of Stefanie Oberneder. I know Stefanie's work but I hadn't seen this sculpture yet and I really like it.” [MB, Italy]

“Your stand is well looked after, with fewer but selected jobs. With the exception of the white background behind Giuliano Orlandi's works, everything is perfect. My favorite work is Dina Goldstein’s work. The rest of the fair is full of low-level art, without a little imagination or rebellion. A mix of everything and nothing. Except for the stand with the works of Emmet and Paul Kostabi. The prize winner pleasantly surprised me. Normally a work like this never wins a prize donated by a bank, so there is still some hope.” [DS, Germany]

“The impact of your stand is very beautiful, well lit and the difference compared to the others is made by the sculpture positioned in the center of the stand on the base.” [MV, Italy]

“I visited the fair on several days. For many years I did not come to visit it and I was pleasantly surprised. The overall opinion is very positive. Compliments for the works exhibited on your stand.” [DF, Italy]

“I really like your stand, so clean, with the works all in line and well lit. I really like Calogero Di Vinci’s works, because they are realistic without looking like photographs; all understand that it is Painting.” [CM, Italy]

“The setting up of your stand works well, in my view; not many works, therefore more breath in space. I think Giuliano Orlandi, the Carrara sculptor, did a good job.” [LS, Italy]

“For many years I have not come to see this fair, but this year I have decided to return. The overall impression of the event is positive and I note an improvement in the offer compared to the first editions. I’m very interested in the work of Dina Goldstein and Davide Ragazzi; I’m glad that Davide Ragazzi presented works just made.” [SB, Italy]

“Your stand is well set up and with high level works. I really like the works of Davide Ragazzi, Stefanie Oberneder, Giuliano Orlandi and Dina Goldstein. Inside the fair, in the independent artists sector some stands are sober, but many do not have a first positive impact. In the gallery area some are interesting, others have proposed the same works of previous years.” [VM, Italy]

“Your stand is very professional. The works I appreciate most are Calogero Di Vinci’s paintings, but I also like the rest of the works: the Moons and the "Cornuta" in particular. Among the proposals of the other stands I really like the works of Iranian women.” [MR, Moldavia]

“The works are all beautiful and interesting. Particular the work of Giuliano Orlandi; after hearing the explanation of the work, I think its originality is great. I like Davide Ragazzi's works. The set up is linear and leaves space to the work as it should be.” [SR, Italy]

“The setting up of your stand is very clean and the works well valued. My favorite works are those of Davide Ragazzi, Calogero Di Vinci and Giulano Orlandi.” [MP, Italy]

“You have exhibited quality works in a quality set up. Your stand provides "air" compared to other neighboring stands, because it is very clean, clear. Highlight the artists and not the quantity (even if the goal is to sell). I really like the four "Moon on paper" by Davide Ragazzi and the sculpture "Creando" by Stefanie Oberneder. Calogero Di Vinci's paintings are phenomenal for their transparency and movement.” [FB, Italy]

“The fair this year seemed to me more orderly than the other years, better managed in the space of independent artists. Your stand is harmonious, in the diversity of the exhibited artists; gives a balanced and balanced relief; it has a good dosage of resonance space of the works; it is airy, open, fresh, does not suffocate and leaves a space for observation of individual artists. Stefanie Oberneder's sculpture has been enhanced very well.” [MB, Italy]

“Connie Bellantonio's work restores a Caravaggesque atmosphere. After hearing the explanation of the creative process, the work looks at it with different eyes. I like it very close to the work of the other photographer, Dina Goldstein. They are works done with different techniques but which seem to use very similar expressive language.” [CG, Italy]

“I was impressed with the pictorial works. The most interesting surprise was Calogero Di Vinci. His works are very interesting and it was a pleasure to meet him and be able to talk to him about his oil technique, which he has deepened over the years. I really liked Davide Ragazzi’s multiple work, made up of 4 small squares with important frames, the small phases of the moon; it is an unusual, interesting work, different from unique works. The genres of Davide Ragazzi and Calogero Di Vinci are very different but are well together; both are very thoughtful and present an in-depth study on materials and techniques.” [ST, Italy]
